Tailored Business Workshops aimed at strengthening the economic participation of First Nations people in entrepreneurship, business ownership and the Australian tourism industry.
Ashleigh McGuire, Founded Ripe in 2018, as the Director of Ripementoring pty ltd, she is breaking through limitations and setting new standards. My areas of expertise include grant writing, project coordination, mentoring, coaching, and business development. As a Yuin women raised on the south coast of NSW, I witnessed firsthand the limited opportunities for young Indigenous girls to engage in mentoring, entrepreneurship, and innovation, driving my determination to inspire and empower the next generation of First Nations leaders and change-makers. My journey has been marked by significant cultural and societal hurdles, which have taught me the value of facilitating opportunities for others to succeed, thereby creating pathways that were previously unavailable to me, and sharing knowledge to support the self-determination of Aboriginal people.
