Ripementoring Pty Ltd is proudly a 100% female Indigenous-owned and Supply Nation registered multi-faceted Indigenous incubator. We are passionately dedicated to empowering First Nations communities and businesses across NSW and broader Australia.
Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant ecosystem where Indigenous talent thrives, businesses flourish, and communities achieve self-determination and prosperity.
Our core function is to leverage our unique blend of mentorship, strategic support, and cultural understanding to bridge systemic gaps and build lasting capacity while celebrating the rich heritage and innovation of First Nations peoples.
To further support the community, we operate The RIPE HUB, a dedicated co-working space. The Hub is designed to boost productivity and collaboration, offering flexible options including Hot Desks, Assigned Desks, Private Offices, and Boardrooms. The RIPE HUB provides a crucial physical space for Indigenous and Non indigenous entrepreneurs, businesses and professionals to focus, connect, and nurture their ventures.
