Our Mentors and Tutor's are experienced educators who are passionate about helping students succeed. They are experts in their respective fields and work closely with each student to develop a customized learning plan that meets their unique needs.
About the founder
Ashleigh McGuire founded RIPE mentoring in 2018 after her son was diagnosed with disabilities and found the school environment very hard, resulting in falling behind in school and only attending school 30% of the year on partial attendance.
As an Education Support Officer, a Tutor and Mentor, she couldn't find any programs or support available for her son's needs or help for families, who needed extra assistance and support for their child to succeed in education, when on partial attendance.
Therefore, she made it her mission to provide support founding RIPE mentoring tutors and mentors for families, schools and community organisations. Supporting children with low retention, attendance, participation in school and social needs. We offer tutoring nowra for secondary and primary tutoring
Our Mission
In 2018, we started our mission to close this divide for all young people. We help families by fostering quality mentoring relationships produce by our RIPE mentors champions of their field creating meaningful relationships and fueling opportunity for young people in every space they occupy— from classrooms to workplaces, and beyond.
