2.1 Scope of Work

2.2 Grants & Tender Outcomes
While RipeMentoring exercises high professional care, diligence, and expertise in preparing grants and tender submissions, we do not guarantee successful funding or award outcomes. Final decisions rest entirely with the relevant funding body, government department, or client panel.
2.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and timely information required to complete project milestones. Delays in client feedback or provision of data may impact agreed deadlines.
3. Co-Working & Space Access (The Ripe Hub)
3.1 Membership & Bookings
- Desk bookings, meeting room rentals, and membership plans at The Ripe Hub are subject to availability and confirmation upon payment.
- Members and visitors must adhere to the Ripe Hub Code of Conduct, respecting other occupants, property, and shared resources.
3.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy (Space & Events)
- Events & Workshops: Cancellations made prior to an event will not be refund. Cancellations within 7 days may receive a credit note.
- Room & Hub Bookings: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice for a rescheduling credit.
4. Sponsorships, Partnerships & Community Grants Policy
4.1 Sponsorship Applications & Proposals
RipeMentoring Pty Ltd regularly supports local business innovation, youth initiatives, community events, and social impact projects across New South Wales.
- Submission: All requests for corporate sponsorship, event partnerships, or community grants must be submitted in writing via our official application channels.
- Assessment: Proposals are evaluated based on alignment with RipeMentoring’s core values—specifically community empowerment, leadership development, economic sustainability, and measurable social impact.
- No Guarantee: Submission of a sponsorship request does not guarantee funding, in-kind support, or partnership endorsement. RipeMentoring reserves absolute discretion in selecting sponsored initiatives.
4.2 Sponsored Deliverables & Brand Usage
- Logo & Intellectual Property: Sponsored entities, event organizers, and partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the RipeMentoring logo and brand assets solely for the approved promotional period and agreed marketing materials.
- Brand Guidelines: All uses of RipeMentoring’s branding (including pre-event flyers, digital media, press releases, and signage) must be approved by RipeMentoring prior to public release.
- Co-Branding: Sponsorship does not grant the sponsored party the right to speak on behalf of RipeMentoring Pty Ltd or enter into agreements on our behalf.
4.3 Execution & Deliverable Requirements
Sponsored parties agree to fulfill all agreed deliverables (e.g., logo placement, speaking opportunities, VIP access, social media mentions) outlined in the Sponsorship Agreement.
If an event or initiative is canceled, significantly altered, or fails to deliver the agreed terms:
- RipeMentoring reserves the right to request a full or partial refund of monetary sponsorship funds.
- In-kind support or mentoring services assigned to the event may be revoked or rescheduled at RipeMentoring's discretion.
4.4 Ethics, Conduct & Termination
RipeMentoring maintains a zero-tolerance policy for activities that bring our brand, partners, or community into disrepute. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any sponsorship agreement and revoke brand authorization if the sponsored individual or entity engages in unlawful conduct, breach of contract, or actions inconsistent with our corporate values.
5. Privacy Policy
