She is a highly accomplished grant and tender architect, boasting an exceptional success rate in securing capital from the NIAA, Create NSW, and AANSW, alongside winning major government contracts with the NSW Department of Education and Transport for NSW. 

A globally recognised leader, Ashleigh was recently awarded the 2026 Bronze Award for First Nations Leadership in Paris and named a 2026 NAIDOC Business of the Year Finalist,Nominee 7 NEWS Community Achievement Awards 2026 and Multi awarded Outstanding Young Business Leader bringing unmatched commercial precision to community-led initiatives.

Ashleigh’s story is one of reclaiming power. As a teenage mother, she faced the harrowing reality of escaping domestic violence—navigating a world that often overlooks the voices of young Indigenous women in crisis. The challenge deepened as she raised a child with complex disabilities.
