Ashleigh McGuire is the Founder and Director of Ripe Mentoring Pty Ltd, an award-winning corporate advisory, grant writing, and engagement consultancy. A proud Native Title Holder with connections to the South Coast people spanning from Sydney to Victoria through her Apical ancestors, Ashleigh embodies community-led leadership, cultural integrity, and business excellence.
Ashleigh’s path is a story of resilience and reclaiming power. Overcoming the harrowing reality of escaping domestic violence as a teenage mother, she navigated a system that too often overlooks young Indigenous women in crisis. Facing additional challenges while raising a child with complex disabilities, she transformed adversity into a lifelong mission: empowering First Nations businesses to thrive, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and driving systemic change across regional and national landscapes.
