Key Responsibilities:

Ripementoring Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team in Nowra, NSW. This is a vital part-time role, working three days a week, where you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our programs and office.
As our Administration Assistant, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, supporting our team in their mission to empower individuals through mentoring. Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Perform a wide range of administrative tasks including data entry, filing (physical and digital), photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Communication Management: Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, including sending invitations and reminders.
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, and edit various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Database Management: Maintain and update client and program databases, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Financial Administration Support: Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports for accounting purposes.

- Support to Mentoring Programs: Provide administrative support to our mentoring programs as required, which may include preparing mentor/mentee packs and collating feedback.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Administrative Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are essential. Experience with database systems is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
